Initial Qualifications

• You must live within our service territory.
• You must have a clear English speaking voice.
• You must sound professional (correct speaking grammar is a must).
• You must be able to communicate with us without making crap up (no lying).
• Your speaking manner must be gentle and helpful.
• You must understand that if you regularly mess up or intentionally mislead our field operators or management, we will fire you without a second chance.
• Don’t call us and try to explain to us that you can successfully work from outside our service territory. That’s annoying

Current Open Opportunities

Work From Home: Telephone Operator. We provide the phone and scheduling software.
Responsibilities: Answer phones. Talk to customers who may know little or nothing about their computers. Schedule appointments. Text message field operators. Start after minimal training.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 10am to 3pm
Pay: $7.67 per hour + 2% commission on paid work that you scheduled.
